Returns & Exchanges

Please note:

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your order arrival.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. You'll be responsible for the cost of your return shipping and any new shipping charges for your exchange.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition. This means unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Damaged items will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
• Due to hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes socks, underwear, swimwear, and any other items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.

To initiate an exchange:

1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and the items) you'd like to exchange.

3. Securely package the items you're returning, ensuring they meet the conditions outlined above.
4. Wait for our courier to come and pick up the items.
